Group classes consist of 2 x 6 hour face to face sessions, currently held on weekends. You need to attend both days. Group classes will be conducted with a maximum of 16 participants (8 couples)

Group sessions not your thing? Private hypnobirthing classes are available too! Sessions can be tailored to a time that suits you. It is recommended that content is delivered to you face to face, or this can be done via a combination of face to face/online. A timetable can be created to suit your needs, for example 4 x 3 hour sessions or 2 x 6 hour sessions either at an intimate space in my home or the comfort of yours.

Are you looking to build your village?

Support after birth is essential to your physical and emotional wellbeing. I currently offer postnatal doula services, for emotional and physical support post birth. Sessions are $150 for 2 hours. This help can include: 

Debriefing about your birth story and providing emotional support as needed

• Caring for baby so you can get some sleep
• Newborn care,  assisting with bathing, feeding time and changing nappies etc
• Assistance with  bonding with your newborn, including partners
• Supporting you  to trust your intuition
• Support with discovering your own parenting philosophy
•  Assist you in accessing community support and resources
• Light domestic tasks or nourishing meal cooking
